If you've applied to the project via our career portal, our team will review your details and get back to you with next steps.
Étape 2

Review

Before moving forward with your application, our Talent Acquisition Team will reach out to you requesting your bio and relevant experience bullet points to help us further evaluate your application.
Étape 3

Screening Interview

This screening interview is a brief conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team. The goal is to discuss the ATP project, review the available opportunities, and understand your expertise before moving forward in the vetting process.

Competency Interview

This interview is designed to further evaluate your skills, organizational abilities, and project management expertise. During this stage, we will focus on understanding how you structure your work, handle complex tasks, and drive projects to successful completion. This interview will allow us to assess your problem-solving capabilities, leadership qualities, and overall readiness for the challenges of our projects.

Case Study

If successful in the two interviews, we will ask you to provide one or two paragraphs describing your approach to the project, methodology, timelines, and any questions or assumptions.

Reference Check

Before introducing you to the client, we'll conduct due diligence and perform reference checks. Please provide 3-5 references, including contacts from your last 3 projects.

Client-Consultant Discussion

At this stage, you'll meet with the client to learn more about the project and discuss your approach. This is a peer-to-peer conversation to explore compatibility between you and the client.
