Applied

Once you've submitted your application to join our pool of vetted consultants, we will review your information and a member of our talent team will contact you to ask a few questions before scheduling the first interview.
Etapa 2

Preliminary Screening

Our talent team will send you a form to fill out. This form helps us identify your top skills to add you to the appropriate pool.
Etapa 3

Pre-screening Interview

Once you’ve completed the form detailing your skillset, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will contact you to schedule a call. During this discussion, we’ll cover your past experience, your interest in ATP, and the types of projects you’re most passionate about. We’ll also provide more information about ATP including how we support consultants.
Etapa 4

Talent Pool

After the pre-screening interview, we'll add you to our talent pool and notify you via email about new projects that match your skills and availability.

Additionally, we’ll keep you informed about upcoming expert roundtables with our clients and other relevant events.

When a suitable project arises, you'll have two further conversations with our project delivery team and ATP lead to discuss your competencies and approach to the specific project before introducing you to the client.
